What is the time limit for return and exchange?

We support the return of the order within 30 days from the date of receipt. Because the product cannot be resold after unpacking, it does not support exchange.

Specific regulations on return of goods

We do not accept the return of products whose packaging box has been opened (the transparent packaging tape on the outer packaging box of the product has been torn, which is also regarded as opening), please understand!

After the goods are delivered successfully and confirmed to be correct, any return will not be accepted due to the damage of the product caused by the customer himself.

All unopened products need to be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. After the return is received and confirmed to be correct, a refund will be processed within 7 work days.

If you need to return the entire order, please be sure to return all the goods in the current order (including free gifts and gift boxes).

If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, we will accept the return of this product after providing the relevant package. And we will bear the shipping cost when sending.

How to return?
